The beautifull and tasteful furnished villa
36QuintaVerde comprises three floors.
The
entrance hall with guest toilet leads
into the open plan living area with comfortable sofas around a fire
place and TV.
The dining area seats 8+2.
The large fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances.
On this floor you will find
two bedrooms , each with two single beds and both with
en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms open onto the terraces and garden.
On the top floor you will
find the lovely master bedroom with en suite bathroom.
Patio doors give out to a
private terrace with nice views of garden and surroundings.
On this floor there is
another bedroom with single beds and ensuite bathroom.
A few steps lead to a large split level terrace.
In the basement there is a 5th
bedroom, a bathroom and TV room (extra sleep for 2 teenagers on
request).
The living room opens onto
the semi-covered terrace with deluxe terrace furniture, including a
dining table with chairs for al fresco dining. The swimming pool
(can be heated against a supplement) borders the covered terrace
with BBQ.
All bedrooms have
airconditioning. The villa has ISDN and Internet connection.
No pets.
In
the 36QuintaVerde
rental price included are:
Private airport transfer.
Cleaning 2 times a week, change of bed linen once a week
and fresh towels twice a week.
Additional 36QuintaVerde costs:
Pool heating.
Extra cleaning and /or extra change of
sheets and towels on request.
A lease car can be delivered to the villa on your behalf.
