The house is surrounded by a huge, landscaped garden which leads out to the cliffs. Pool area situated in a part of the garden, surrounded by nice stone walls and shrubs which provide more privacy.
The resort is situated at the end of a dead-end street and has a lot of facilities, such as two tennis courts, mini golf, a children’s playground and a communal swimming pool for children (the villa has its own private pool).
The centre of Carvoeiro, a lovely portuguese village , is only 4 km. away.
Here you will find fantastic golf courses, tennis courts, restaurants and shops.
It is about 45 min. to Faro airport. 3 golf courses within 10 minutes.

DESCRIPTION
A 300 m2 living area villa. Four tastefully decorated bedrooms with twin beds, all situated on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and pool area. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and two share a bathroom. Spacious living room with nice decorations and light coloured furniture and equipped with telephone, HiFi, Sat.TV, video, DVD and open fire place. Access to the huge terrace and great sea view also from the separate dining room. Big Portuguese style kitchen with a little eating area and which contains a gas/electric hob with a built-in oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer.

Marble floors throughout the house. Safe. Central electric heating.  Absolute fantastic sea view from both floors. Very private and secluded.

Portuguese architecture, cleverly designed to have the maximum benefit of the views and optimized use of the slope whereupon the house is built. Two storeys and a roof terrace. Huge, partly covered terrace on the first floor, right in front of the living- and dining room and a big BBQ area in front of the kitchen, all with fantastic views of the ocean.
