DESCRIPTION
The entrance leads into a large lounge with comfortable coaches facing the fire place, together with SAT-TV, sliding doors to terraces overlooking the pool area and garden. An archway separates the dining room, this area has seating for 10 and has sliding doors to the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances; a door leads you onto a sun terrace. There is a separate TV Room or Library area with doors to terraces. On the ground floor you find a W/C. There is an alarm and a safe. This villa is fully air conditioned.

Downstairs you have 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom the other has double settee bed with en-suite bathroom and door opening on to the terrace.

From the spacious entrance hall the marble staircase takes you upstairs where the are three bedrooms; one with twin beds and en-suite bathroom, doors to terrace, another with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and doors leading to a sun terrace. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, large walk in dressing area and doors leading to sun terrace and seating area overlooking the pool.

The Villa outside comprises of many sun terraces, a covered barbeque area with space for dining outdoors. The pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost. Available is also a table tennis table for indoor or outdoor use.
