DESCRIPTION
The entrance leads into a lounge herewith are comfortable coaches, has a SAT-TV, sliding doors overlook the pool area.  A set of steps leads you onto a separate dining room. The dining area has seating for 10, with sliding doors to the patio.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. On the ground floor you find a guest W/C.

Furthermore on the ground floor level there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom both with en suite bathrooms.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, the master bedroom with a large terrace, overlooking garden, pool and golf course.

On the basement level there is a fifth twin bedroom with en suite bathroom,
nicely furnished and ideal for teenagers.

The area around the pool is extensively paved and there is an outside covered dining area with barbeque for your meals outside. The pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost.
