Atlantico. This modern U-form built villa is situated on a large plot of
land. Through the entrance hall on the right side of the
villa you will find a small living/sofa bedroom, a
bathroom/guest toilette, the spacious kitchen, a
seperate dining room and the beautiful lounge with an
open fire place and access to a
covered terrace with ding table and a BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped
with all modern appliances. Behind the kitchen there is
service bedroom, a laundry and a bathroom. From the
entrance/hall on your left hand side you will find you will find
2 twin bedrooms, sharing a bathroom and a large bedroom
with bathroom en-suite. On the first (split level) floor
you will find the master bedroom, cloakroom and bathroom
en-suite.
Stairs lead to a beautiful swimming pool situated in the spacious garden with a good
privacy. The villa has SAT-TV, heating and is fully
airconditioned.
