short drive of 5-10 min there are a choice of six high
class rated golf courses, as well as bars, coffee shops,
restaurants and supermarkets.
The nearest town, Almancil
is 5 minutes drive away. Faro city and/or the airport
are only 25 min drive away.
DESCRIPTION
Through the entrance hall doors lead into a large lounge
with comfortable sofas with plasma TV, patio doors lead
to the terrace that overlooks the swimming pool. To the
right of the entrance hall you find a guest bathroom, an
open plan kitchen/dining and TV room with sofas and
Plasma TV, the kitchen is fully equipped with all modern
equipment, with table that seats 8 and a separate
utility room. From this area sliding doors lead to a
terrace and barbeque area that overlooks the swimming
pool. To the left of the entrance hall, you go down two
steps that lead to two bedrooms with twin beds, both
with on suite bathrooms.
Up the stairwell you
find a master bedroom with double bed with a small
seating area with TV and a complete on suite bathroom
and sliding door that lead onto a sun terrace
overlooking the pool. One bedroom with twin beds, with
on suite bathroom, also with a terrace.
This villa is fully
equipped with air conditioning heating and cooling and
under floor heating.
No
pets.
IN THE RENTAL PRICE INCLUDED ARE
Airport transfer with private
courtesy bus.
Cleaning 3 times a week, change of bed
linen once a week,
and fresh towels twice a week.

The guests of this villa are requested to pay a
deposit of Euro 1000 (for eventual
damages), which will be refund after departure. Extra cleaning
and/or extra change
of sheets and towels on request.

A lease car can be delivered to the villa on your behalf.
